Damaged Items During Delivery
We take extra care in packing your religious idols and figurines safely, but unforeseen issues may arise during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
Unboxing Video: Record a video while opening the package, clearly showing the damage. This helps us process your request quickly.
How We Help: Once we verify the damage, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
Timeframe: Email the unboxing video to support@hindudevta.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

Returns & Refunds
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it or issue a refund. Replacements will be Delivered within 5–6 days of your request.
Custom Items: Custom-made or personalized idols (such as engraved items) are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Return Shipping: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, you must provide a video showing the item being repackaged. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on your location.
